  • Associate Attorney

Kim & Serritella LLP is currently seeking an exceptional mid-level litigation associate who has substantial experience drafting legal briefs in connection with dispositive and discovery motions and conducting legal research on complex and sophisticated issues; can operate independently; can think critically when presented with complicated and novel legal issues and come up with solutions; and can work collaboratively with small or large teams.  A solid legal writer, effective communicator and ability to think critically are a must.  The ideal candidate will also have 5+ years of experience in U.S. federal courts and a demonstrated interest in investor-related lawsuits, securities litigation and/or crypto related litigation.  Experience working at a boutique to mid-size law firm and a demonstrated commitment to pro bono are a plus.  This is a position at a small and growing modern firm, where everyone pulls up their sleeves and has a can-do attitude.  While busy, it is a collegial work environment where willingness to work and learn is valued.  This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting involved in a business at an early and growing stage.  NY Bar required (NJ and CA bar a plus); compensation commensurate with experience; medical, dental, vision and 401(k) offered.  In person position with one day a week remote permitted.  Salary: $140K/yr – $200K/yr.  No billable hour requirement.
