We are currently looking for a mid to senior-level litigation associate who has litigated all phases of sophisticated and complex cases with substantial experience drafting legal briefs in connection with dispositive and discovery motions, conducting legal research, operating independently, and working collaboratively with small or large teams. A solid legal writer and effective communicator are a must. The ideal candidate will also have experience in federal court and experience with investor-related lawsuits, securities litigation and/or class actions and will be able to think critically when presented with complicated and novel legal issues. Experience working at a boutique to mid-size firm and a demonstrated commitment to pro bono a plus. NY Bar required; NJ Bar a plus. Compensation commensurate with experience; medical insurance offered.
