Peter Bryce

Peter is an experienced litigator who has represented Fortune 100 companies, municipalities, investors, and labor unions in complex commercial disputes. Peter has experience litigating fraud and consumer protection claims, cryptocurrency disputes, shareholder derivative actions, and litigation involving labor union benefits and charitable gifts.

Peter began his legal career at Kirkland & Ellis, where he represented clients in complex litigation. He combines that background with a commitment to making the law’s protections meaningful for clients facing well-resourced adversaries. Peter’s approach to litigation centers on mastering the facts, understanding each client’s objectives, and presenting a clear, compelling account of their case.

Outside his practice, Peter organizes community fundraising events supporting local musicians and charitable causes focused on criminal justice reform.

  • Investors in mass arbitrations alleging fraud and various violations of consumer protection laws against major crypto-asset exchange.
  • Investors in cases against major crypto-asset exchanges arising out of unauthorized access to their accounts.
  • Defending a labor union against claims for benefits related to membership vesting provisions;
  • Representing investors in shareholder derivative suits alleging violation of disclosure rules related to violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act
  • Defending a not-for-profit land conservancy in litigation related to the use of charitable gifts
  • Representing individuals alleging fraud related to government programs
